With both Injection Molding Equipment and Assembly Equipment, we can manufacture any of your custom mold needs. We have over 34 Injection Molding machines total ranging from 80 ton all the way to 1500 ton and many in between. Our assembly area makes up over 49,000 sq. ft. with high tech automated assembly equipment. ValTec utilizes a Visual Pull System which helps us to control and balance the flow of resources and make what’s needed when we need it. We have also devised custom Operator Certification Programs which are used to qualify employees for quality and production levels.
